The location was excellent, we were able to easily access the Shinjuku area and the metro station was just a short walk away. The room had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. we had a great stay at Sotetsu Fresa Inn.

This hotel was welcome base for exploring Tokyo, really loved it. Paid JPY 1000 per person for breakfast, totally worth it.

Our bed was not very comfortable.

Great value, next to subway. Helpful staff, small room with great shower and heated toilet. No breakfast, but many nearby options. Would highly recommend.

I've stayed at this place before and I absolutely loved the delicious food, the immaculate cleanliness, and the standout reception staff.

The hotel was spacious, comfy and close to transportation. Staff were polite and internet was fast.

The hotel's elevator can be a bit slow during peak times.

The staff were very helpful. There is a laundry and you can use a washing machine and dryer. It is very close to an underground station. It is very clean the price was very good value..

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't find anything to fault.

It was easy to get to Shibuya or Shinjuku from the hotel and walking distance to alot of places to eat.

The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. We appreciated the convenience of having a nearby metro station, and a convenience store down the street. Additionally, we found the coffee machine in the lobby to be a nice feature.

The room was too small for us to move around comfortably, and we felt extremely cramped. Additionally, the staff was not helpful when we asked for recommendations on restaurants or activities in the area.
