Cleanliness, location, friendly staff and helpful reception desk.
The excellent location of this hotel besides de Higashi Shinyuqu Subway Station and especially for the excellent service, polite and courteous of the Staff personnel.
It was easy to get to Shibuya or Shinjuku from the hotel and walking distance to alot of places to eat.
The staff were very helpful. There is a laundry and you can use a washing machine and dryer. It is very close to an underground station. It is very clean the price was very good value..
We loved everything about the hotel. It exceeded expectations.
Excellent location as it's near to Higashi Shinjuku Station. It's less than 2 mins walk to the station (note that there's 2 lines at the station). There's alot of food eateries at the opposite of the hotel but most of the menu are in Japanese. Walking distance to Shinjuku area but probably will take around 30mins (slow walking pace). Worth the price!
There's no Wifi in the hotel.
The staffs are very nice and the room is clean , there is 24hrs food delivery service
Right next to subway station (F-line) and in young Shibuya area.Room was clean, nice shower.Asian and western bf.
Mixed up with sunroute Plaza near Shinjuku station. Not all personell could speak English. No Wifi; yes lan
My sister who's from uk and I found that the hotel is well centrally situated, it's very convenient for tourist, food and shopping malls are within walking distance, and yet the hotel is quite. I worried about the hotel would be very noisy and would have insomnia as there's a subway just 2 doors away from the hotel. The outlook of the hotel is nice. It's clean and comfortable. Most of all, there're a few staff who can speak English and are helpful; whatever information we enquired about the location of places of interest in Tokyo, we're well directed and given a copy of the map printed out for us at the counter. Moreover, there's Free internet provided for us to use. We enjoyed very much staying at this hotel and recommend it strongly to anyone who visits Tokyo.
This is just a suggestion and not complaining. We hope the hotel will train more staff to speak English and if possible, but not necessary, to organise tours locally and out of Tokyo city.
The hotel was right beside one of the entrances to the Higashi-Shinjuku subway station, so it was very easy to get to. There were restaurants and a convenience store nearby. There were two computers (with paid printing) in the lobby for guests' use. The hotel room itself was quite comfortable and had the usual conveniences such as a wired Internet connection, a refrigerator, a TV with BBC World News and paid movies, and coffee and tea making facilities. I liked the green ethos of the hotel - you could put a sign on the door stating that you did not need your sheets to be changed daily.
The breakfast buffet (which had to be paid for additionally) was not great, but there is a McDonald's and a Tully's Coffee across the street (the iced cinnamon rolls are to die for!). The wired Internet access in the room (no additional charge) was occasionally a bit slow at night, probably due to heavy usage.
The Hotel is very close to Tokyo Metro Station by a few step from exit..And a lot of budget restaurant and shops around...
Comfortable beds and blankets . Good safe location
Walls were quite thin, we could hear what's going on in the next room quite clearly
Kind staff, convenient location - immediately next to the Oedo and Fukutoshin subway lines. Walking distance to all of Shinjuku's attractions. New, clean and modern. Not terribly expensive. My personal favorite hotel in the Shinjuku area.
The staff friendliness and attitude was excellent. They were very friendly and always cheerful. Great experience.
We experienced the earthquake in Tokyo at this hotel and the architecture amazed us. It never felt threatening, The staff were fantastic under very trying conditions.
Small room without much space to spread out but this is to be expected in Tokyo.
Value for money was perfect and location ideal to sightseeing as the underground station is next to the hotel. Was a pity that we had to leave in middle of our holiday due to the earthquake and facing the nuclear danger...thanks to the hotel staff who organised a taxi very quickly in this situation..
